These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to reservations made for accommodation at Azure Shore Villas.

By making a booking, the person making the reservation confirms that they have read and accepted these terms on behalf of all members of their party.

1. The Booking

A booking becomes confirmed when the required booking procedure has been completed and confirmation has been issued.

The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for ensuring that the information provided during the booking process is accurate.

2. Guests and Occupancy

The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of guests stated on the booking confirmation.

The maximum occupancy of each villa must not be exceeded without prior written agreement.

The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all members of their party comply with these terms.

3. Payment

The applicable price, deposit and payment schedule will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Any outstanding balance must be paid by the deadline stated in the booking confirmation.

Failure to make payments when due may result in the cancellation of the booking in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.

4. Cancellation by Guests

Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Depending upon when a booking is cancelled, cancellation charges may apply.

Guests are strongly advised to arrange suitable travel and holiday insurance covering cancellation, illness, travel disruption and other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Changes to a Booking

Requests to change dates, guest numbers or other booking details should be made as soon as possible.

Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

A booking cannot be considered amended until written confirmation has been provided.

6. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times will be provided with the booking information.

Guests are expected to vacate the property by the stated departure time unless a later departure has been agreed in advance.

7. Care of the Property

Guests are expected to treat the villas, furnishings, equipment, gardens, swimming pool and other facilities with reasonable care.

The accommodation must be left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition at the end of the stay.

Guests must notify us as soon as reasonably possible if damage, breakage or a significant maintenance issue occurs.

8. Damage and Loss

Guests may be responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing property damaged, broken or lost during their stay where the damage or loss has resulted from their actions or negligence.

Normal wear and tear will not be treated as guest damage.

9. Swimming Pool and Outdoor Facilities

Guests use the swimming pool, playground, sports facilities and other outdoor amenities at their own risk.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

The swimming pool and outdoor areas may present inherent risks, particularly to young children.

Guests must comply with any safety instructions or rules provided at the property.

10. Children

Azure Shore Villas welcomes families.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children throughout their stay, particularly around the swimming pool, playground, balconies, steps, roads and other potentially hazardous areas.

11. Pets

Pets are not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing before the booking is made.

12. Smoking

Smoking inside the villas is not permitted.

Guests should dispose of smoking materials safely and responsibly in designated outdoor areas where permitted.

13. Parties and Events

The villas are intended primarily for holiday accommodation.

Large parties, events, celebrations or gatherings involving people who are not included in the booking are not permitted without prior written agreement.

Guests must respect the surrounding area and avoid unreasonable noise or disturbance.

14. Wi-Fi and Internet

Where Wi-Fi is provided, it is provided as a convenience and no guarantee can be made regarding uninterrupted availability, speed or suitability for a particular purpose.

Guests must not use the internet connection for unlawful activities.

15. Maintenance and Facilities

Facilities may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, weather conditions, safety concerns or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, guests will be informed of significant issues affecting their stay.

16. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We shall not be responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, which may include severe weather, natural disasters, fire, utility failures, government restrictions, transport disruption, strikes or other unforeseen events.

Where such circumstances affect a booking, we will seek to act reasonably and communicate with affected guests as soon as practicable.

17. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate travel documentation, travel insurance, medical cover and any other documents or arrangements required for their trip.

Guests should also ensure they are aware of applicable travel requirements before travelling to Greece.

18. Complaints

Any problem affecting your stay should be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, put matters right.

Complaints raised only after departure may be more difficult to investigate or resolve.

19. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

Azure Shore Villas cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal possessions except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Guests should take reasonable precautions and ensure valuables are kept secure.

20. Applicable Law

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.

Where a dispute arises, the parties will seek to resolve the matter amicably wherever reasonably possible.

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Changes to These Terms

These Booking Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

The terms applicable to a particular reservation will be those provided or agreed at the time the booking is made, subject to any changes required by law.
